We are making some big ch-ch-ch-changes over the next year, including building a new website, so some info may not be updated during our changeover. If you have inquiries that have not been answered or are seeking info that is out of date here, please email us at alt.current at gmail dot com. If you are waiting on submissions that have not yet been answered, we are terribly behind and short-staffed, but we *are* still reading through and answering everything.

About Alternating Current’s Best of the Net Nominations

We here at Alternating Current Press feel that it is highly important to reward our authors with every possible chance for recognition of their fine crafts. We are pleased to announce that we have been nominating our authors’ work for the Best of the Net Awards since we began our online publishing in 2013, and we wish our writers the best of luck in the award process. Best of the Net is an annual online award anthology curated and hosted by Sundress Publications, honoring the best online writing. Independent publishers are invited to nominate 6 poems, 2 pieces of nonfiction, and 2 pieces of fiction published in their online journals in the previous year.
